Planning Commission meetings are generally held the 3rd Wednesday of the month, 6:30pm, at the Town Pump House, 236 Luzern Rd.

Planning Commission members serve 2-year terms, and are appointed by the Mayor. Members may serve up to 6 consecutive years upon 2 reappointments.
Current members began serving on January 1, 2026.
